"Tapas" and "pinchos" route in San Antonio (Ibiza)

Since March 5th, the 12th edition of "Pintxa Sant Antoni" is underway. Until the 9th of April you can have a "pincho" (or a "tapa") plus a drink at popular prices in more than twenty bars and restaurants in San Antonio (Ibiza).

The event takes place every Thursday (midday and evening) and the pincho+drink promotion costs 2.50 euros, while the tapa+drink promotion costs 4.50 euros. Traditional cuisine, vegan and vegetarian options, avant-garde proposals... Everything has a place at Pintxa Sant Antoni 2020!

During the days that this event is held, the town council has set up a free mini-train for the already famous "pinchos route". And you can even get a prize!

It is interesting to have it at hand not only for its practicality (it includes a map with the tapas and pinchos bars), but also because you will get a free T-shirt if you stamp it in at least 15 establishments that have signed up for the initiative.

All you have to do is hand in the leaflet with all the stamps at Luzmenú (the organiser of the competition, located at Calle Vara de Rey, nº 28) and collect your prize.

Did you know that San Antonio received a Michelin Star this year for the first time in its history? It is, in fact, the first one in the whole island of Ibiza, and it was taken by the Es Tragón Restaurant led by the chef Álvaro Sanz.

This fact is only the tip of the iceberg in one aspect, the gastronomic one, which is only growing in our island, offering products and elaborations of exceptional quality.

So, in line with the trend for haute cuisine in Ibiza, this edition of Pintxa Sant Antoni presents a novelty: the "caprinchos" ("whim" pinchos). Authentic delicatessen that for a slightly higher price (at the discretion of the local) will make your mouth water.
